I know that feeling... that too has happened to me, have a warm shower and let the water run down the back of your neck.....that usually helps, it should go away soon.

Got back from hairdressers and have a sore neck on both sides, crunching sound when turning head?
I went to the hairdressers and after i came back my neck feels sore on both sides,,,,like stretched muscles....possibly from leaning head back over the basin.
