What do you think about ';new talent'; hairdressers?

I just booked an appointment with a new talent stylist because it was $35 which sounded reasonable the senior stylist was $46, im nervous that they are not good, what do you think? What do you think about ';new talent'; hairdressers?
Typically, someone fresh out of beauty school spends 2 years as an assistant to a stylist, in order to gain knowledge and second-hand experience. That said, a ';new talent'; hairstylist will probably have at least 2 years of salon experience, but has only recently been given the freedom to cut and style hair without the direct supervision of a stylist. Chances are, they are familiar with basic cutting and styling techniques that they learned in beauty school, or ones that they may have picked up from other senior stylists, but they will not necessarily have the eye or natural talent to give you a magnificent haircut that you would get from a senior stylist, who may have 5, 10, or 15 years more experience.

Paying $11 more is definintely worth going with a senior stylist, especially if the cut is under $50 (don't forget to tip), especially since I'm used to paying no less than $80 for a cut. With a ';new talent'; stylist, you can expect to get a decent haircut....a ';nice'; haircut rather than a ';wow!'; haircut. What do you think about ';new talent'; hairdressers?
The more you pay for a stylist the more senior they are which means they have more training or higher quaification, New talent probably means they have just finished their training and may not have much experience.

Generally speaking you get what you pay for.
idk, you should see other people who got their hair done by that person, i let this one lady do my hair [and i never seen anyone (but dudes) who got their hair done by her] and i got this mullet thing when i asked for choppy layers, and a really bad bleach job :/
