Brown to blonde hair without bleaching or visiting hairdressers?

hello, i dyed by hair black about 3-4 months ago and most of it has gone and i am left with a dark brown colour. I am natrually a light brown. Can i go blonde now without bleaching or visiting the hairdressers as i dont like visiting hairdressers much! thanks people =]Brown to blonde hair without bleaching or visiting hairdressers?
If dye your hair blonde from brown with a regular box of hair dye it's gonna come out reddish brown. I had the same color brown and then dyed it blonde, that's what happened. You need to bleach it first, which i recommend a salon from expierence, and then do it a dirty blonde first and work your way from there. Believe me, if you do that you'll make a mistake you'll regret. It took me 5 months to get the light natural blonde i wanted.Brown to blonde hair without bleaching or visiting hairdressers?
if you buy blonde hair dye it would only make your hair lighter and if you bleach it it might turn yellowish so it may be possible just to dye it blonde but its best to get it done professionally... even if you dont like going to hairdressers..
you can dye your hair but id be careful as it may turn a greenish color if you go ahead make sure you get a really good hair dye good luck
