if they're in the city centre then they're good, dunno for price 30 for a cut and wash or something like that. cheapest womans would be that one on castle street i reckon.Can anyone recommend a good hairdressers in Belfast City Centre?
If im wanting to splash out i look for best ad in the yellow pages they can afford a good ad so must be good and professional if you are looking budget look for worst ad just a listing lol.
