How can i highlight my hair blonde????? without goin to a hairdressers?

gonner get a haircut soon feathered look. and gonner get some highlights ( from boots ) what ways can i do it my self at home?? and highlights as in a streaked lookHow can i highlight my hair blonde????? without goin to a hairdressers?
Lemons and straight hydrogen peroxide will damage the hair before doing a significant amount of lightening.

If you want NATURAL-LOOKING highlights that are easy to do try getting a haircolor kit in a Beige or Champagne blonde and apply the color with an artists brush (buy a new, clean one) or a Toothbrush. This will give you natural looking highlights without going too light. How can i highlight my hair blonde????? without goin to a hairdressers?
there are hair dyeing kits you can purchase at your local drugstore.

there are the ones for your whole head of hair, or the ones for streaking.

my brother and i use them all the time.

it's fairly simple and you can decide for yourself how much if the hair you want highlighted/streaked.

every time i've done it, it has turned out great!
the best way is to buy a $5 highlighting kit from target or a drugstore and follow the directions on the box. simple as that. and maybe, if you're nervous get an experienced friend to put the highlights in for you! hope i helped:)
I really think that you would much happier with the out come if you had this done in a salon.I love the looks of high lights,I had them done professionally myself the other day and this is your best bet.
In the hair color aisle and any store there are products specifically for highlights, and they come in different shades too so you don't have to go for the bleached blonde look.
got lemons or hydrogen peroxide? use some of that and streak it on with q-tips and comb through (while wet) and blow dry. REPEAT repeat repeat. thats what ive done
i heard use lemon juice and layout in the sun but i never tryed it
